A graduate of Northwestern University, Erryn earned a degree in Communication Studies with a concentration in English. His sucesses weren't limited to the classroom, though; Erryn was a four year letter winner as a member of the Northwestern Football team. A natural leader, he was voted team captain his senior year. Erryn's experiences on and off the field taught him things any good publicist needs to know: How to succeed in a competitive and fast-paced environment, how to stand out from the crowd, and - of course - how to write a great pitch.

A story isn't just about the who, what, and where - a good storyteller can take a string of facts and weave them into a compelling narrative. Lina is, among many other things, a fantastic storyteller. And she had her share of stories to tell: flourishing in the fields of marketing and publicity for over ten years, Lina's promoted brands such as Playboy, Elie Tahari, Red Bull USA, Michelob Ultra, Bacardi, and Baskin Robbins. She continues as Co-CEO of Fetch - working with clients to find and tell the stories the media wants to hear.

Fetch Public Relations was founded in November, 2009 by Erryn Cobb and Lina Khalil - but their story begins earlier. Erryn and Lina met while working as publicists at another firm; As is so often the case with great partnerships, the two immediately hit it off. Their ideas about what publicity should be - what it could be - meshed so well that they were put on several high-profile accounts together.

Working together on so many projects, Lina and Erryn made each other better. They took one another's ideas to the next level. They began to speak to one another in shorthand. Working together, they were more efficient and more imaginitive than they were alone.

But imagination can be limited by what a big firm, with its protocol and its red tape, allows you to do. Wanting to reach their full potential, Erryn and Lina came up with their brightest idea yet: Why not start their own firm? Why not see how far their knowledge, experience, and inventiveness could go? Why not Fetch? And so in late 2009, they made it happen.

Hearing all this, you might be suprised to hear that Lina and Erryn probably couldn't be less alike. But it works out that way. Each person brings their own specialties: Lina, an undeniable extrovert, is a natural when it comes to cultivating relationships with key media members. Erryn, with his education in communications and English, can write a captivating, compelling pitch. And everyone at Fetch brings to the table illuminating ideas, a wealth of knowledge, and a passion for Public Relations.
